With 17 years of experience as a radio and television host, Gorka Rodríguez takes the reins of “El cazador STARS,” where, every evening, a team of four celebrity contestants tries to win cash prizes to donate to a charity of their choice by answering questions about general culture. One of the program’s five “chasers”, Erundino Alonso, Lilit Manukyan, Paz Herrera, Ruth de Andrés or Orestes Barbero, the greatest quiz experts in the country, will try to stop them.

RTVE hopes that a new face to host “El cazador STARS” will breathe new life into one of its main evening programs on La 1, which, since last April, has featured two editions every day: the celebrity version and the regular contestant version.

Rodrigo Vázquez will continue presenting the regular version of “El cazador,” which he has been doing very successfully since March 2022, winning the public’s affection and making him one of the main faces of RTVE over the last two years.

After four years on the air, “El cazador,” produced by RTVE in collaboration with Mediacrest, has maintained a consolidated audience and has become an evening classic on La 1.
