The story of Candido could be straight out of a Jack London tale set against the settling of the Wild West. Likewise, there are also disputes with natives; the taking of land by force; livestock raids; sheriffs, etc... Conflicts that weave together a powerful story of solitude, friendship, closeness to the land and old rivalries, told through characters who struggle to survive in one of the most extreme regions in the Americas.
